    Hi there

Congratz on your offer. I'll hopefully be going to BIAD to do Vis com too - I got a Conditional offer which I confirmed as my "firm" choice the other day.

I haven't done a foundation course either! Hehe.. apparently they don't accept many people straight from A level. (Just gotta get the grades now..)

Jennens Court would be the popular one. Its right beside the campus, but really expensive.

I've applied and got my place at a house in Hamsted!

Hey there guys. I was told that BCU booked out a certain amount of rooms from Jennens so if you want a room there just put it as your first choice when you apply for accom through BCU
My first choice is Oscott, then Opal then Jennens =)

I think it's probably mid-September, that's when most of the contracts for accom start anyway

As someone who's just finished my second year doing vis com photography and who stayed at opal in my first year...

firstly, DON'T choose opal, most unsociable place as to get to another block you have to go through about 4 different doors you don't have the right key to, and there's nowhere to socialise apart from the car park in the middle.

also... at the moment i only get about 1 hour of lectures a week, so maybe ask about the amount of hours you'll get as i hate spending £3600 on it let alone £6000 or whatever.

not to put you off or anything .
