We are four undergraduates (all girls) looking for a new housemate for our 5 bedroom house, as one of our housemates has dropped out. The house is lovely and in the viaduct area. Is anyone intersted or know anyone who needs a house for next year (2011/12)?

What year are you guys in? Im 22 (girl) and starting a PGCE in durham this Autumn. I currently know noone in durham at all as I didnt do my degree there, and I need somewhere to live! I'm pretty easy to get on with I think, plus my course is pretty full so I'll be at uni a lot of the time. Do you have some more details about the room available?
