We all have those times, when we just think..this has to be the worst thing in life. This can be related to food and drink too. I can think of two, for me.

1. Opening a yoghurt put lid and it splatting all over your face and top, infront of people.
2. Saving the best part of your dinner/snack for last and then it falls on the floor so you can't eat it anyway, and after ALL THAT WAITINGGGGGGGG...ah

FML.

3. Forgetting to remove a star anise from a dish and then trying to eat it.
4. The chocolate centre of your Feast Ice Cream snapping off
5. Finding a distinct LACK of chocolate at the tip of your cornetto

Making a cup of tea, then seeing weird white flecks in it. Figure the cup wasn't cleaned properly, re-make cup of tea. Same thing happens. Check the milk - it's off.............

I have never been so disappointed.

Biting into a Kit Kat to realise it's solid.

Delving your spoon expectantly into a Chocolate Fondant only to realise it's overcooked, and the gooey centre is solid sponge.

Cutting a chicken kiev in half, expecting the cascade of delicious golden greasy elixir, and realising the garlic butter has evaporated due to overcooking.

Mine...........once my mother made what I thought was mashed potato with carrot, turns out it was swede with carrot, and my evening was ruined

When you bake something but it turns out wrong.. and no one else eats it but you do to try and convince them its good.

Or when you drop yoghurt on the floor.. in front of everyone.. and then they all expect you to pick it up so you do so embarrassingly..

Or when you drop something nice on the floor that you know is still edible but because you're in front of loads of people you can't pick it up off the floor and eat it..

OMG! this has only happened to me once, but:

Buying a can of fizzy drink on a hot summer's day, and when you go to pop the ringpull... it is miraculously flat inside....

Spaghetti droppings when you're in a restaurant. I think I need a bib everytime I'm going to eat spaghetti.


Bought myself a LAYS POTATO CHIPS and the bag was bloated like I literally thought there was lots of chips inside, then when I opened it, it was full of air and there's not really that much potato chips inside. I'm like

You know the chocolate bit at the bottom of a Cornetto? Well. sometimes if you unravel the wrapper too quickly it can break off and get thrown away with the wrapper. So you gotta be focussed.

Anything involving spaghetti By that I don't mean eating spaghetti, I mean when you slurp spaghetti and it whips you in the face or something.
