What routine should I follow? Advise please.

I'm 19 years old and I'm a bit overwieght.(not alot)
So I want toi reduce my weight and at the same time build up my body.
Any advise on what routine I should follow.
I can go to the GYM max 3 times a week.
Eat less and exercise more maybe(cardio)?
