Hello :smile: - Yeah i don't know if you still want an example, but i'll give you one anyway since this is my least favourite topic but i think i understand it!

Alright, so we have a smoker who's addicted to cigarettes. All his life, he has seen messages saying "Smoking is bad!" (from parents, the media, teachers etc) So the tension is, "Why am i smoking when i know it's really bad for me and can cause cancer?"

In order to resolve this conflict, he may look for other reasons such as, "Oh smoking actually has benefits such as looking cool, making new friends, seeming badass" etc.

The above thought is the attitude change and has resolved the conflict!
