Went up an AS grade, what now?

So, for English Lang & Lit last year I got a B overall (high B in coursework, C in exam).

My new results now mean I have an A overall (B in coursework, A in exam).

Will I get sent a new certificate from the exam board confirming my whole AS as a grade A and the one I have now will become null?

Also, I assume I don't need to tell my universities, as I've already firmed and now it doesn't really matter until August results?
