Help with marks/UMS

I got a C in S1 from my January resits and an A in both C1 and C2. Overall I got an A at AS level maths and I will probably get an A in M1 in the Summer. However due to my C in S1 is it now impossible to get an A*? I really would like to get an A* in Maths as I know I can do it. I just need to know whether I need to resit S1 again, I hope I don't as it is the most tedious and boring topic in Maths I've come across.

If you got an A in AS level maths you averaged over 80%.
To get an A* you need to average 90% in core 3 and core 4, and 80% over all the modules including core 3 and 4.

For example, this would be an A*:

core 1: 70
core 2: 70
mech 1: 90
core 3: 90
core 4: 90
stats 1: 70

... short answer, yes, you can still get an A*.
