you probably can, can't see why the uni wouldn't let you have one and charge you for it. Thing is, the food is all quite pricey. (They put alot on your card, so it evens out and you can have a good lunch on a meal card.)

but if they were going to charge me £5 a day for lunch, now that I have my own cooking facilities at home... no thanks. 500g sainsburys basics pasta, does 3 lunches , thats like 7p a lunch, rather than £5...
