This House welcomes the recommendations from the World Health Organisation (WHO) calling for a ban which requires all tobacco manufacturers to drop all colour and branding logos from cigarette packaging. This House recognises the negative health effects of smoking and the duty of the Government to discourage people from consuming this product. This House supports the idea of having all tobacco sold with government warnings, both graphical and written, on the packaging.
