Hello,

Does anyone have any tips about how best to learn this type of module as I'm finding it quite difficult at the moment!

Thanks.

Is it the anatomy module?

I found renting one of the school 'bone boxes' and seeing it 3D, putting it together taking it apart, etc. etc. helpful.

For the muscles, tendons/ligaments and arteries/veins I found dissected specimens (if you have access) quite helpful, and also Done's Colour Atlas.
if you cant always get access to bones try drawing them roughly and labeling them. It took me AGES to figure out that it was just a case of memorising words

Drawing them is an excellent point. If you can draw and label them from memory, you most likely know them! On our exam feedback they said 'a picture is worth a thousand words'...in other words, they wanted diagrams.

Or, if you're rubbish at drawing like I am, you could try a colouring atlas, I found that quite useful
