Hey, I'm having a few problems with the Student Finance login. It's generally just being a bit of a dick. I created an account yesterday with the mailmerge-esque system that they suggest to use, set up a password, secret answer and was then given a unique profile number. However, then when I tried to login it said it did not recognise any of the details that I had entered, I kept trying and it still returned a page emblazoned with 'error'. I rang the support office late yesterday afternoon, he said to go on the site and click the reset password/secret answer options, which I did. I got the email about half 10ish this morning giving me those details, tried to login and now when I try to login it says 'your account has been locked', but I am unable to create a new one because my details are still registered with that one. One person has one account only.
Please someone say that I'm not the only one! All advice appreciated
Phone again is all I can suggest I had issues with the account and they reset stuff on their end so i could login again xx
