`This Act does not adversely affect the existing constitutional principle of the rule of law` Constitutional Reform Act 2005 s.1. Explain and critically discuss.

This is my question it has left me flummoxed especially since he said we are not to read the act!!! So I was thinking about discussing whether or not we have a rule of law in the uk and then what it is but then I get a bit lost as to where to go next!!!

Constitutional is alright - but can't say I'm looking forward to writing my essay. Its worth 30% and due in straight after christmas - and I don't even understand the question. Oh this is going to be fun.
