matters realy, they would probably want to know why you only have 53 points when you went to college and when you tell them why and if your were suspended for a good reason they probably wouldnt even consider you.

Would there be enough spaces in most unis to accept someone with 53 points? I heard places like Wolverhampton still didnt fill some of there computing courses, would it be possible to get through to these?

Yes but you have the fact you were suspended from college against you. It is actually quite hard to get onto HNDS with 80 points, that is the minimum, so I would say you would be very very unlikely to get in with only 53.

I have moved this thread as its currently a bit hidden.
Thames Valley only specify entry requirements of 60 points for the HND in Computing and Information Systems - may be worth a look.
