Birmingham or Bath

I'll be going to Uni this September. Just wondering which offer I should accept.
The offers are for two different courses, either:

Mechanical Engineering at Birmingham University
or
Civil Engineering at Bath University

I know there's a pretty big difference between civil and mechanical, but I'm interested in both courses.
Can anyone recommend one course over the other, it'd be a big help as i'm really not sure which would be the more interesting to take.

You need to do some more research into civil and mechanical engineering degrees and see what you'd like best.
