Actually, you can recover deleted videos from iPhone in 2 different ways:

If you have ever synced before you deleted video, you can scan and extract iTunes backup to recover videos from your iPhone 4S with iPhone Data Recovery.

If you don't synced, you can directly scan and recover deleted videos from your iPhone 4S. However, you need the help of iPhone recovery tool, otherwise you will not be able to do.

The deleted videos can be recovered from recently deleted album but it also can be restored within 30 days. Apart from it, if any backup is available then you can get back from there as well.

Well I know this was an old post but any working turnaround here? How about if it was lost from a laptop? Any ideas? Hope someone here can suggest a good program. Thanks in advance!
