How do I analyse my box plots?

I have 2 box plots. One is for female reaction times vs hours of sport per week and it is symmetrical. The other is for male reacton times vs hours of sport per week and has negative skew. WHAT DOES THIS SHOW PLEEASE?
If the median is skewed towards the lower quartile it means that the majority of results were closer to the lower quartile. It's vice versa with the upper quartile. That's all you can really say: for GCSE you get marks for stating the range, upper quartile, lower quartile, median and skew IIRC.
