    Hey all,

Im trying to find the Appeal case for R v Smith but cannot find it's headnote (top of the judgement which summarises it). Any chance anyone has it? I have all the individual judgements from the judges, so I have the information, but the Headnote is also required.

    Thanks for the help

    -Jay

P.S I have tried things such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, but once again no summary judgement. If anyone has a link or can pm me for my details to email it to me I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Is this R v Smith (Morgan James)? Is the citation [2001] 1 AC 146? Westlaw has the Law Reports report of the decision, which has a headnote.
