Funding for a second degree where first degree was not in UK?

Hi, I am obviously planning to call SFE about this, but just thought I'd ask here first as there seem to be a fair few experts on the board! Short question - my partner has a degree from an EU country, completed 7 years ago. He has been working in the UK for the past six years. Will he be able to get any funding from SFE for a second degree in Pharmacy? Many thanks for any replies!

Even if he gets some funding it will not be enough to cover the tuition fees or get a "discount" (see ELQ) for them like every EU or Home student does for their first degree, so he will end up paying around £8K a year.

Thanks both of you - just called SFE and there is indeed no finance available for second degrees, even where funding for the first was not provided in the UK. Very frustrating, especially as he didn't actually receive any funding from his own gov't for the first degree. Oh well.
