H2O2 + 2e + 2H+ ===>2H2O
MnO4- + 8H+ +5e==> Mn2+ + 4H2O

overall:

5H2O2 + 26H+ + 2MnO4- ==>18H2O + 2Mn2+

0.01 moles of KMnO4 i take it so 0.025moles of H2O2 required? I really dont understand the question

0.1 M means 0.1 mol per dm3
Out of that you can calculate how much KMnO4 you need to obtain 1 ml of 0.1 M solution. Then you calculate how much peroxide you need to react with this amount of KMnO4 from the equation kindly provided to you by Vinny.
