is anyone else doing English Spec B Mature (3703) and taking their speaking and listening next month?

I don't know what it actually involves and need some advice asap as I'm getting mixed messages.

One being that it's 20 minutes and basically I will have an informal chat with the examiner and then present something?

What topics are generally chosen? I really can't think of what I could discuss :redface:

Any help will be much appreciated :smile:
