Nuramol? How about Waste-of-time-&-money-amol?

Pain? Just take a take a tab of nuramol to magic it away. Or take a tab of paracetamol and then an ibuprofen, same drugs same amount, factor of 5 cheaper?
Nuramol seems almost as innovative as this chap's "Bra for your Bottom"...
Anyways, onto a more serious Question: Should they force pharmaceutical companies to sometimes sell their drugs at lower prices, for the collective human good?
E.g. a few months ago, a court ruled that India can no longer allow manufacture of cheap generic versions of HIV/AIDS medication while the original companies' patent still lasts. Generic versions were sold literally 50-200 times cheaper, and this clearly had an impact on reducing the overall deaths from the disease.
I think its a little irresponsible that companies are still charging arms and legs for medication that can be produced cheaply, and that too for one of the biggest scariest diseases there is. Maybe they should lower their price a little at least? (increase sales because more can afford it, resulting in even more profit overall?)
