confused about foundation finance
hiy there 
currently on a bit of a gap year i guess you could call it finished my AS levels in college like a year ago, but i wasnt able to do the A2 year so i left and went to work, thing is i really want to go to university now!
obviously i cant go because i dont have my proper a levels =/ so i was thinking about maybe doing some kind of foundation course / s course or something.
thing is im self supporting, as in, not dependant on my 'rents. - and im worrying about having to do a full time course and not be able to support myself=/
anyone done a course like this? - is it financed the same way as a regular degree?
anyone have any experience / knowledge around this subject ? :<
