What are the narrative techniques I need to talk about in AQA English Lit Exam Part A

(For Specification B)
So there's setting, characterisation and narrative voice but I can't think of them all and I'm not 100% sure I'm writing about them correctly ... if anyone has example answers to section A part a questions or definitions of narrative techniques I'd be eternally grateful!
I have a feeling I'm about to fail English Lit abysmally so any advice on how not to would very much be apprececiated! :frown:

Time and sequencing, destination, setting, character and characterisation, point of view.

Thanks, I find it really hard to make much of a point about each though ... I can identify it talk about relevance to the novel/poem or talk about the language of the example I'm using but I don't know if this is really what your meant to do ... my English teacher is shocking and has no answers when I ask her other than 'It should all click into place when the exam comes around'.
