I think it looks cool if you are into modeling. But if you are a regular-normal person, you should be ready to some odd reactions from people, reactions similar to what people with tattoos and piercings would have received in the past. If you are able to pull it off confidently, do it.

This thread reminds me of when I shaved my right eyebrow, and proceeded to do the same to my left since I thought that if I was going to look like an idiot, I might as well try and be symmetrical.
