It's got to be Russian for the rich literature and the way it accommodates the 'best' sounds in its spelling and conventions.

French.

Urdu and Russian. I don't really know Persian but original poetry by the likes of Rumi and Hafez is very pleasing to the ear.

Yeah, it's a beautiful language in its relative logic, simplicity and consistency. Plus I like the sound aesthetically, maybe I'm just weird. It's a pleasure of a language to learn. I haven't listened to much Dutch, but from what I have heard it sounds pretty cool. Danish also sounds pretty awesome.

Portuguese is rough sounding if it's spoken in Portugal instead of Brazil. The Brazillians sing the language.

Also, I think German can be quite a beautiful language. Tedious, yet soft.

I love Spanish and I hope to continue learning it sometime in the future.
Currently learning Dutch and Mandarin.....Dutch sounds pretty hot in a weird way...Mandarin sounds good,but not from my mouth.....Spanish still comes in at number one though =D
