    Your assessment center go well?
I think so! Can think of things I did well and things I think I messed up though so this could go either way!

Do you know if there have been any rejections at all yet?

Anyone heard back anything significant from them yet?
Nope. I keep getting emails promoting in-store offers. My heart leaps when I see it's from M&S and then I get angry when it's not a response.

I was pretty much the same with things going either way. Particularly in the role play, I felt pretty confident with it, felt that I handled the situation well, but I was trying to drag it out for the full allocated time, so kept stuttering, pausing and looking at my notes to try and think of more to say. But then they also gave the chance to acknowledge your faults, so that may be a plus too...

I've not heard anything back yet
Should have kept in touch with others from my assessment centre really then we'd have more chance of knowing when others have heard back

I haven't even had the same 'update' email that the rest of you have had, so I feel a bit in the dark. Decided not to email them about it though as I'm still 'on hold' and if not receiving an email meant anything they would have said. I have faith!

I'm in touch with a couple of people, they've heard nothing yet either.

Yeh the email doesn't have anything important in it so it's not a problem. God I wish they'd hurry up! I don't want to be in my current job come christmas so want to start looking again soon if I don't get this.

I haven't heard anything either!!! Glad to know I'm not the only one haha.
I wonder how long they will leave it to tell us. I was talking to a guy from my store who did it a few years back and he said they let him know a week before he started...
Anyway I just want to know either way now...

A week...? That doesn't leave a great deal of time for relocation.

Yeahh, I was told that we should know by the end of July because the know that some people need to give a 4 weeks notice to their currently employers. I don't think that's going to be the case.

mine went to on hold after the assessment center and now says under review. Some one I know who applied too said that theirs hasn't changed from on hold.

I don't think the fact it's the last working day of July means anything. There's ~200 people to contact, I don't think that'll be done all in one day. It won't be a standard automated message, not even for the rejections, as at my assessment they said they would give people who didn't get through advice on the reasons, mostly in the 2 areas they scored lowest in at the assessment.

Someone I know was rejected this morning via post. Sad for her because I met her on the assessment day and really liked her.

I thought I'd mention it because it has an impact on all of us, it means results really are on their way.
