We already have solutions but I have a few questions.

1. How do we get Check Matrix, is it always the same?
2. How do we get the syndrome? Do we multiply the matrix? How exactly do we do that?
3. Apparently Example 2 has error in bit 4. How do we know that and how do we correct it?
