Room free in MSci student house, £65 a week w/o bills
Urgently need someone to fill a space in our housing contract, guy pulled out 2 hours before we were going to sign the contract.
The house
Its a four bedroom house on Derby road on the edge of Beeston. It is double glazed and has 10 Mb internet, gas boiler and oven, a washing machine and electric heated shower. It is about 10 minutes walk to Uni and about 25 minutes walk away from the QMC. There are 3 rooms which are large at 65 a week and a very tiny room which is 50 a week.
This will be the second year we will be renting the house, the land lady is alright, the bills aren't great but not that bad either.

We are 3 guys on an Msci Physics course.
Who we are looking for
Anyone, male or female, in their later years at uni who won't cause too much noise after midnight.
