Student Finance Help
Basically, I attended my first year at Kent university from 2009-10 and had a student loan for this period,I applied for support for the 2010-11 year but cancelled due to me withdrawing from the course.
I recently applied to go back to uni and intend toaccept Winchester,however everytime I try to apply for support for the 2011-12 year it comes up with my 2010-2011 apllication (which says cancelled) and everytime I try to make a change to it it says ERROR.
I have no idea what to do,and would rather see if you guys know anything before I contact the ridiculous company over the phone due to past bad experiences.
