UKCAT Registration Problems

I'm having problems registering on the Pearson Vue website for the UKCAT :frown:
Basically, I registered on the 3rd (the day it opened) but it didn't complete the whole process on the website, I just got a message in the window that said I would get a confirmation email in one working day, it's been more than one working day, but the email hasn't come through yet :/

I thought that maybe the information hadn't actually gone through and tried it again, but my information was in the system, so obviously it had worked, but when I tried to find my username with the thing they had to do that, I typed in the correct name and e-mail address that I had put in yesterday, but it said that the information (about the username) could not be given...I still haven't gotten an email and it's not letting me go past this part of the process!
What do I do??! :s-smilie: :s-smilie: :s-smilie:
