When they are filled. I have used the cells and they contain text but some more so than others and subsequently some cells are bigger than others. However, to make it look neater, I want all the cells to be the same size as the largest, how can I do this?

Highlight all the columns you want to resize, then resize one of these to the reuqired size. They should all then be the size that you made the one you resized...
