Can someone explain this problem to me ?

You and your partner are going to buy a house together. The bank will lend you money based on the following information:

Maximum mortgage = 2 × total annual salary of the buyers

You earn £19,400 and your partner earns £25,500. What is the maximum mortgage you can afford?

Add the salaries together and then times it by 2.

Well all STEM girls are hot. Except maybe some engineering girls because they are more muscular than your average guy from any other STEM.

But that may because they are so rare. Rarity brings about a beauty in itself.
