Another SF problem..

After many issues with Student Finance a couple of months ago, I eventually had to fill out a form on paper and send it in, as there was no way I could access the online forms (their fault, not mine). I sent everything off at the end of March, and thought I'd log on to check everything today and see if it had been approved yet (was already delayed by having to do that form to support a birth certificate). However, it now seems they've processed my form wrong and the online details say I'll be living with my parents for the whole of next year, which I definitely won't...so the maximum maintenance loan I'm allowed is somewhere around £2700, where in reality it should be more like £6900.

Basically, can I change this online or do I have to endure the fun of doing it all by phone? Or do I have to fill out ANOTHER form?
