Maintenance Grant/Maintenance Loan?

Hi everyone, I have few questions for you. I'm from Poland, I came to UK at august 2010 and I work here since then. I start my studies at september which means I have to leave the job and move to another city to start my course. Can I apply for Maintenance Grant and Maintenance Loan? My parents income is less than £25,000. How can I do it, should I fill some papers, like PN1?

Please help me :frown:

You are not classed as a UK student as you have only been here since Oct 2010, you are an EU student. EU students are entitled to the Tuition Fee loan only nothing else from Student Finance England.

Unless of course you are going to a Scottish uni, then you can get SAAS.

I assume seeing as you are talking about Student Finance though that you are not.
