Hello There ^^
Hi! Im new to this website and just created my account, so i thought id create a thread about me ^^
As my name suggests, i am currently sitting 5 subjects and Intermediate 2 level. These are : English, Maths, Computing, Geology, and Geography.
I enjoy the subjects i do at school, however im desprately studying English at the moment as i have my final INT2 exam tomorrow!
I'm sure alot of you feel my pain!
In english, i am studying the Novel "Cal" by Bernard Maclaverty, and the play "All My Sons" By Arthur Miller. I enjoy reading both of them, but find lifting and remembering quotes very tricky
. Its a shame as they are vital for the essays in the exam!
Close reading, well, for me it depends on the subject of the passage. If im interested in what the passage is saying, chances are ill do better in it. If the subject of the passage is boring to me, i may find it more difficult to concentrate on.
Well, thats me for now, off to go study my text a bit more, and mabye have another shot at a close reading or 2, best of luck to all of you that are sitting the English exam tomorrow!
