It was pretty decent but I think that if you're natural, it's not completely necessary. You should make sure your hair's getting enough moisture before you assume it's protein-deficient.

I didn't neg you, and I'm not too sure why other people did, but I know it is a pet hate for some people when Youtubers to tell them to like, comment, and subscribe to their videos. Cos it's like, we'd rather just do it of our own accord on deciding whether we like the content or not. Not saying you shouldn't, just thought I'd point that out. Cool videos by the way :smile:
