Unit 1 - Exploring socialisation, culture and Identity... Need help with studies!

So I'm resitting unit 1 to strengthen my overall grade, and my sociology teacher gave me a little booklet full of everything I need to revise from unit 1 since it was so long ago.

However, while this is very helpful. I have a problem... In my Unit 1 folder I have NOTHING on perspectives (feminist, marxist etc on gender/identity).
Plus, he included a few studies that he thinks we will need to know, and even though I have notes on about 40 sociologists/studies in my folder, I have NOTHING on the ones he has stated. I haven't even heard of most of them.

I dont understand why I seem to be missing so much! I didnt miss a lesson in my first year, and I'm always taking notes on just about everything. :/

So, if anyone has notes, or knows anything on the following areas, it would be awesome if you could share them with me! Thankyou!

Murphey & Elwood - On how children gain gender identity from home
Billington - On the importance of physical attractiveness
Wilkinson - Gender Quake
Croteau & Hoynes - Media influences
Provenzo - Media influences and gender
Ferguson - Magazines & gender socialisation
Gauntlett - The media
Connell - Definitions of complicit, subordinate and marginalised masculinity

Post modern explanations about gender identity
Liberal, Marxist & radical feminist ideas about gender
Post modern explanations about identity in general

Thanks again!

Hi im also doing this unit on wednesday

I have heard of a few of those sociologists .

Gauntlett : Within the media gender roles have become more equal and less stereotyped as there has been a significant increase in female characters also there is a decrease in the image of females being housewifes

Murphey & Elwood
: All i know about this is that their research concluded that by the time children went to school they already were aware of gender interests and behaviours. ( Maybe through media? or canalization? i dont know tbh)

Gender quake came under 'Sharpe' ( Never heard of wilkinson) - Increased participation of women in the world of paid work means that trasitional roles of female identity if being abandoned ( GenderQuake)
