I rewatched the beginning with friends... It seems everything is funnier if you watch it with friends...there was an episode where people talking, and you see a scene with chad with a serious look that lasted way too long.... I nearly died laughing when I was with them compared to me not laughing when on my own

My fave character overall is Orihime. She is so kind and caring and her powers are awesome. She is also my fave female character. My second fave is Ichigo, who is my fave male character too. I love his desire to protect his family and friends and how kind and caring he is. His bankai is badass.

Agreed I stopped reading/watching after the full-bringer arch started. But i haven't lost all hope yet.

Never got into the Fullbringer arc, and looking back it's not the greatest anime, but Bleach does have some awesome characters!

Men:
- Urahara: Wonderful eccentric, and I'm hoping they show off his bankai in the final arc because I'm sure it'll be awesome.
- Byakuya: Total badass. The whole conflicting loyalties in the Rescue Rukia arc was really endearing.
- Starrk: I completely empathised with his laziness, but he was an awesome character. Got killed off far too quickly for being the Primera Espada.
- Grimmjow: Seemed to have all the best bits of Ichigo plus some more chaotic violence. Hope we see him again!

Women:
- Unohana: Haven't seen much of her, but I think we all suspect she's one of the strongest captains. Hope we get this confirmed soon.
- Rukia: Tendency to be a bit annoying, but she always has really exciting fights. Probably one of my favourite zanpakutous.
