LEEDS - Large room in 5 bed available, £65.43 a week, BILLS INC.Due to unforseen circumstances I need someone to take over my contract.
Large room available with double bed in 5 bed house, the house is 215 Woodhouse Street 5 minutes away from Parkinson Steps, minutes away from local shops and Takeaways, couple of minutes from the Library and Hyde Park.
£260.72 pcm rent, £300 deposit
House mates are all male second years ages between 19 and 20, they are all lovely and really tidy, social buggers but none of them are noisy or annoying to live with. Girls are welcome (I am a girl), there's three uni's and one met.
