Re: What music do you listen to when revising? Share your playlistSometimes I need complete silence but that is a rarity so I mostly listen to music that has minimal lyrics. I am constantly listening to classical music but I also listen to film/video game soundtracks or ambient music. I quite like spacescape music.

Re: What music do you listen to when revising? Share your playlistI can't work in silence so I just put my iPod on shuffle in my speakers and do my work. If a song annoys me at the time I just change it - like if I get stuck or something songs can do my head in lol.

Re: What music do you listen to when revising? Share your playlistI like to listen to slow rock, progressive, psychadelic, stoner etc., stuff like Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, Tool, Jimi Hendrix - music that is too fast paced, or with too much singing can be really distracting.

I'm good at playing the piano, so I play songs and use my notes as the lyrics. Actually makes revising fun for me, I have set theories of child language acquisition to Adele - Someone Like You, for example.
