I played it since TBC I'm about to start playing it now, installing cata. My exams are over. I have to get my shaman from 80 to 85!

How is Jita these days? Laggy still or have they fixed it? I've only ever visited once...

This bloody mission's nearly killed me! I've got fire pissing out my Myrmidon... 2 battleships took my armour tank to pieces I'm more of a shield tanker (even though I know Gallente ships are better suited to armour tanks) but I had no choice here - Amarr mercs... my shield tank wouldn't have lasted 2 minutes so I've had to cobble together a (very expensive) armour tank. Managed to just about warp out after I finally took out a tackler that was warp jamming me, lost all my drones, lost my shield, lost my armour, lost 87% of my damn hull! I'm now sat outside a station with a crappy hull repairer trying to fix my ship on the cheap.

The salvage better be worth it

I wish I'd selected Amarr, tbh... Their ships are very nice and I much prefer lasers Got steamrollered into rolling a Gallente by my mate when I first started, though and it'd take months to re-skill.

I'm solely PvE... I really don't have the money to pay for replacement hardware. I'm running a bit of a lonely existence at the minute. My corp is (as I had predicted) totally dead and I have no friends on EvE to play with...

Lasers are ok, but Hybrids are in a poor state atm. Amarr is for tanky/specialised roles.. I mean, I can render even a Domi entirely useless in my pulsader, and chew a nice little hole in its health by the time the blob arrives. Its just fun.

I once considered Gallente, but then I decided I don't like drones, only Motherships and carriers. :3

EDIT : Artillery Projectiles are the best turret atm. Absolutely godly for sniping, our Dread fleet is primarily composed of Naglfars, which are truly sites to behold on the battlefield...

I'd love to say 'you'd be welcome to play with us', but unfortunately in my main that is unadvisable, given our most recent engagements.. But i feel for ya man, personally i think EvE is a **** game without friends to play with...

Nope. All from my L3 farming

I knew I'd accumulated a fair bit of stuff, but I didn't think it'd be that profitable. I've not even been especially rigorous with the sale of a lot of the low value gear... I just hauled it all to Dodixie and sold much of the low value gear for the bid prices in station. Some of the really valuable stuff though, I've listed it all and the vast majority has sold - just about 14m outstanding now.

In other news, I've managed to find a new corp; it's a new corp but run by an experienced player and it's given me access to a decent merchant alliance - plenty of really good opportunities, including some low sec POS's I believe
