Monday
Squat - 132.5 x 5
Bench - 82.5 x 5
Row - 60 x 3 x 5
Skullcrusher - 26 x 6, 6, 5
Hyperext. - 5 x 2 x 12
Decided to add in skullcrushers on Monday so to lighten the load on Friday.
Squats weren't too bad actually. Was worried about if I could get them. Quite a few commenting on me going too low or **** but **** them.
Bench was fairly hard but nothing crazy. I think I need to use a little more leg drive though. Rows were also fine. -

Wednesday
OHP - 52.5 x 5
Deadlift - 135 x 5
Pullups - 5, 4, 4
OHP was difficult but not too bad. Deadlifts were a lot harder than I expected though which stunned me a little.
Expected a drop in pullups as I didn't do them last week. Will keep doing them due to what nun said. -
