Decent stuff. My deadlift was pretty solid although my grip was non-existent due to using straps. It's very clear my grip is the weak link as it didn't even feel SO HARD.

Was gonna do some machine broceps too but there was a guy one there who was setting a world record on the amount of sets he could do so I didn't want to bother him.

Are you using chalk/mixed grip/hook grip? All three could help.

Perhaps chalk would help you out on the last set? Also, re-setting your grip after every rep can make a difference.

One thing is for sure - my over-head press strength has gotten very weak. Decided to try out push press for first time. It's nice, gonna just mix it up between that and strict press when I start stalling on one.

Congrats on your PR as for the gripping issue.. why don't you try chalk ? I say that but I have yet to start using them ,lol.

Good session. Couldn't find 1.25kg plates so I just did 65kg and 75kg for bench instead of 67.5kg and 77.5kg - meh.

Hit my previous PR of 85kg x 5. The 75kg x 5 felt kinda hard which worried me a lot. I'm pretty happy with progress.

whats your best for 5 reps? brah......i find it stupid that i can do 140x5 but i can only do 142.5 for like 3 reps

Very good session to be honest. The 87.5kg x 3 felt pretty easy (inb4 jynxed all my future gains) to be honest. Okay, not easy but didn't feel VERY, VERY hard. I think asking someone to lift the bar for me is helping a lot.

YEAH BUDDY! Superior leg genetics!

I decided to drop my weight on GM and RDL quite a bit. Mainly because I want to try focus on the contraction of these movements and not just raise the weight for the sake of it. At the higher weights I was doing I didn't really feel it much so my form was quite **** which means the target muscles probably not working much at all and just using any other muscle to compensate.
