Syria would like to state that it has nothing to do with this incident. It is very likely that this attack has been carried out by anti-Syrian agents looking to discredit us before the UN meeting.

An anti-syrian Lebanese MP died today in a car explosion hours before the UN could release its report on the the death of Mr.Hariri. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/4520324.stm)

I think it is a very shady ordeal and it seems quite likely that Syria has a hand befind the assination. I urge the UN to launch an investigation on this and consider it in the Mr.Hariri case.

The Republic of Sierra Leone wishes that Germany and other UN member states do not make false accusations against other member states.

The Russian Federation finds no false accusations in the German representative's statement. The German representative merely stated his country's opinion, which based on the precedent of the Hariri case, Russia supports.

Russia requests that the representative for Sierra Leone does not make false accusations against other member states.
Micronesia supports the conclusions drawn by Germany, and too voices its suspicion of Syrian involvement.

If this is not an accusation, then the Republic of Sierra Leone does not know what is. Germany cannot go around making false accusations against member states until there is reasonable proof.
Huh? Micronesia is confused as to why it has not heard Sierra Leone speaking out about this issue of 'false accusations' before. Micronesia has regularly heard various Arab and Muslim States make completely false accusations against Israel without the tiniest shred of evidence, nevermind 'reasonable proof'. Israel has been accused at the UN and elsewhere of (among other things) distributing poisoned sweets, deliberately infecting people with HIV, sending diseased prostitutes in order to infect people etc., none of these with any evidence at all. These are merely modern-day versions of millenia old blood libels aimed at Jews. Could Sierra Leone please issue a swift rejection of any of these ideas.
