Can somebody draw a level 1 dtf and explain how to do it from the following scenario please?

The High Peak Outdoor Pursuits Centre provides guided outdoor activities and training in mountain sports such as rock climbing and mountaineering. The owner and manager is Lee Mallory, himself a keen winter climber and qualified ski instructor. The Centre’s clients are all private individuals. Some just want to take part in an activity such as a mountain walk or a winter ice climb. Since they do not have the confidence to go out on their own, they need an experienced leader to guide them. Others want to gain a recognised qualification, such as the Mountain Leader Award. They need to be taught and assessed by a qualified instructor.

A new system is needed, mainly to help in planning the work assignments of leaders and instructors. Each activity or course needs a leader or instructor with varying skills. Most are employed part-time as required, so Lee needs to let them know in advance when they will be needed. By recording client bookings, the system will be able to identify which staff are needed and when. It will also track costs by recording the time worked by each leader or instructor. This information will help Lee to set the prices. This system does not need to record payments, since there is already a standalone accounting system.

There are some differences between an activity leader and a course instructor. There are also some differences between activities and training courses. But the processes of taking a client booking or assigning a leader / instructor are quite similar in both cases. The following is a preliminary list of the main use cases:
