Maya Angelou and Unseen text HELP PLEASE EXAM TOMOROW

has anyone got ANY notes on ANY poems from maya angelous poetry collection "and still i rise" ... also has anyone got any tips on how to maximise your marks in the unseen text section of the exam? ANYTHING AT ALL? I cant get past a D in that section, I dont know what to include expecially for the context marks i also dont understand the AO's
