    Ooh interesting.

I certainly welcome some more players to strengthen our defence.

Aye but Tiote didn't come out of the Championship did he - unlike Perch?
Yeah, but if Watford fans rate him then it's a step up from Perch. Forest fans were happy to see the back of him

Out of interest do you know what club Tiote came from? I can't find him on FIFA 10.
I love playing old FIFA games. I was on FIFA Football 2002 yesterday and my friend sent me a message "mate I think ye put in the wrong disc"...

I agree that our players don't get a look in for England but I dunno about Danny Simpson... Steven Taylor if he had remained fit would (should) definitely have been in line for a call-up.
Indeed, But going on Capello's 'promises' when he first took over, That he'd pick squads on form and how much they've played over reputation etc.

    Shola Ameobi @Sholameobi 17 Jan

Jesus christ, driving around looking for Besty. He's gone missing after finding out Cisse was here.

The combined cock length of Newcastles strike force will surely be staggering now like, truly amazing

And before you all start, Lovenkrands is packing the biggest package. A long and succesful porn career lies ahead of that man.

Have you ever seen danish porn? Its on another level. But if any pervert is fit for the job, its Peter.

Shola's tweets definitely deserve more coverage, haha! Dunno how Micky Owen and Ferdy make the BBC Live Text page over that lad!

Anyone still following The Big Sam on Twitter. A fake Sam Allardyce. Was made up when he got sacked from Blackburn but he's still going strong. Absolutely fantastic stuff.

Cisse had a decent effort in the Senegal match before, awful game though the pitch is a disgrace as well.

Sorry for the endless transfer rumours and whatnot but the Chronicle is reporting that talks between Newcastle United and Zaha's (the kid from Crystal Palace) representatives are already under way.

    :holmes:

A lot of hype about this Zaha, watched a couple of games and I haven't really been convinced...
Certainly not with a near £10 million price tag.

You'll be glad to know Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse will be back within days, Senegal just got knocked out of the Cup of Nations.

Edit: They only have to play the final group game, but whatever happens Senegal are out.

Not the Brighton game, perhaps our next EPL game though.
