Finishing 4th would be amazing but seeing Chelsea win the Champions League a week or two later would be awful.
I do support the champions getting a spot but it should never take away from spots earned in the league. If the champions don't qualify via the league they should go into the first qualifying round like Liverpool in 2005. -

Pardew: Well, Demba Ba had slipped in the showers and was laid flat out with a raging fatty on and all the players took it in turns to squat over his fatty on and ride it and that's why they done the advertising hoarding squat.

Just letting you know that you could drop points in all of your remaining fixtures, so third is not a distinct and realistic possibility. I admire what Pardew has done at Newcastle, so much so that I think he would be a better England manager than Redknapp. But I still wouldn't get ahead of yourself, you have tough fixtures, it's not like your playing teams like Villa who have absymal.(Original post by TCD23)

Or would they move to bigger clubs like Chelsea or Man City for the money? This all started from Chris Hughton tbh, I'm suprised it's only Pardew who's received the credit, Hughton deserves some too.(Original post by Stu Laverty)
