Apparently over 4,000 extra season tickets have now sold thanks to that half price deal, near full house for Everton?

Whats everyone's prediction for the City game?.. I think it is definately the hardest out of the 3 games after Everton. Anyone think we can get a draw at the Etihad stadium?

I reckon we'll keep it tight but narrowly lose unfortunately. Can however see us possibly stealing a point.

I reckon we'll thrash them 10-0 to be honest. Demba Ba to score all ten.

I'm away down to the game so i hope its a good performance. City have been on fire recently but they are vulnerble. Wolves nearly got something out of the game last week in the league, If they're keeper hadn't of decided to be an absolute ****.

    Interview with Cabaye in Guardian:

I think I'm in love.

(Also Olivier Bernard translated for them - what a legend he was.)

As much as I despise Newcastle, I hope you thrash City because I hate them even more.

One of the few occasions Pardew's £4.3m summer signing from Lille frowns is when Olivier Bernard, the former Lyon and Newcastle left-back turned anti-racism campaigner and part-time interpreter, tells Cabaye about the serious hip injury that brought his career to a premature end and has left the 32‑year‑old walking with a heavy limp.
I didn't realise Bernard is only 32, and what an injury that must have been.

    Sad waste of talent.

    This.

I remember being seven years old, with both Bernard and Robert on the wing. Both players were incredibly talented and would have liked to have stayed his whole career at NUFC except for a certain **** named Souness taking over and ruining the club and getting rid of loyalty like Bernard and bringing in ****e like Boumsong. He really should be put in an ambassador role as you can tell the guy loves the club.

    Je Vous Salue Bernard

There seems to be something about ex-Liverpool managers wrecking the club. Dalglish wrecking Keegan's title challenging entertainers (arguably best side since the 1950s), and then Souness wrecking Robson's (not quite as good, but still top 3/4) side. I know Alan Pardew wasn't the choice of many but at least he didn't manage Liverpool.

Can those of you watching the match post in here during the match. It's just to encourage discussion as neutrals can be a bit intimidated with 'societies'
