Application deadline looming, can evidence (birth certificate) be sent after deadline
Hi, I have a confirmed place a hull for september 2011 and I have already submitted and completed the online portion of the application for finance on Studentfinance.gov.uk but now I have to send my birth certificate.
The deadline, as I'm sure you're well aware, is in two days time.
So my question is this; Will I still be able to receive finance if my birth certificate is sent after the deadline?
I have searched google for answers yet the nearest I could find was people submitting their actual univeristy applications after the deadline.
I am incredibly worried about this as I have already paid for my accomodation.
Thank you in advance -
Re: Application deadline looming, can evidence (birth certificate) be sent after deadYou will recieve your student loan, however student finance canont guarentee that you will recieve it in time (i.e. just after you've registered at uni). However if you are only a few days late with your evidence you still have a good chance that it will come on time.(Original post by TheKlockwerk)

don't forget you MUST include this form with a birth certificate or it will be refused

You have saved me much frustration and worry, the deadline is now tomorrow, so I'm going to send the forms off today

Re: Application deadline looming, can evidence (birth certificate) be sent after deadAs today is a bank holiday it won't reach Student Finance until Wednesday at the earliest so you will have technically missed the deadline. It shouldn't have too much of an effect though.(Original post by TheKlockwerk)

Re: Application deadline looming, can evidence (birth certificate) be sent after dead
so i think this is not gonna end up well for me.
I'm still waiting for my boss to give me P60 cause i need to send it as evidence. and i know that the deadline was weeks ago.
Is there still a chance that if i send them the evidence by the middle of this month that they'll accept it and everything will be ok?? or there's already no chance for me and i should stop worrying about that?
